I really liked the article until the very end when it used the word persuasion. Maybe it is just me but I don't really think we should persuade people. That word and phrase makes me think we are making people change from their value system to our value system. Rather I think we inform and educate. We listen and answer concerns and questions. At the end of the day we just make sure that all the relevant information is available for our friend or customer to make their own judgements and decisions.
